Gratitude Boost, 9am (BST) - 10/08/25

Live journaling session with prompts to help you find the words to focus on your wellbeing, while encouraging creative, free-thinking.

In this session you will be encouraged to remind yourself of just how much you have to be grateful for right now, and practice holding onto that encouragement.

Sessions are led by Juliette Sweeney, a Registered Psychotherapist (MSc) and Author with over 10 years of professional writing experience (BA Creative Writing).

  • All of the sessions are run via Zoom and last for an hour each.

  • All microphones remain muted and cameras are off due to the webinar format of the session (perfect for those relaxing Sunday mornings in bed!)

  • You get the benefit of knowing that others are writing along with you, but the session is entirely what you make it and there is never any expectation for you to share what you write.

Each session offers a judgement-free space designed solely for personal exploration and growth. No prior journaling experience is necessary! All you need is a pen and some paper…
